Charmed
It’s hard to not be charmed by the large sunny yellow and orange flowers of the tuberous begonia! Paired with the copper tinged new growth of the Autumn fern, dark lobed leaves of the Sweet Potato Vine, and the emerald green of the Irish Moss. An excellent choice to brighten up a shady spot in the garden, patio, or balcony.

This arrangement will be featured in a book I’m writing on container gardens with Artisan Books to be published in 2024!
LIGHT: Partial shade to shade
WATER: Moderate watering. Water one to two times a week.
CARE: Deadhead any spent blooms to encourage new flowers. The begonia is winter hardy in our Bay Area climate, so no need to dig and store the bulb. If the begonia dies back in the winter, no worry, with proper care it should re-emerge during spring!
