Delivery Policy
Delivery windows are selected at checkout. Processing time varies, but orders will typically be fulfilled within a week, on the next delivery day for their area. San Francisco delivery is every Thursday, between 9:00am and 1:00pm. Oakland, Berkeley, Albany, El Cerrito, Emeryville, and Alameda delivery is every Friday, between 9:00am and 1:00pm. If an order is over $30, delivery is free and will automatically be applied at checkout. If an order is under $30 but within those delivery zones, a $10 delivery fee will be charged. Any deliveries outside of the above cities are subject to a $15 delivery fee if they are within the Tender Gardener delivery zone. Orders placed for Elsewhere in the Bay will be scheduled for delivery, usually delivered within one week. The Elsewhere in the Bay delivery zone does not extend south of South San Francisco, north of the Golden Gate Bridge, East of San Leandro, or north of El Sobrante.
If the customer has not specified to leave plants at a specific location unattended, the plants will be brought back to The Tender Gardener shop and the customer will be responsible for picking up the plant. The delivery person will first make attempts by phone, text, or ringing or buzzing the door.
PICK UP POLICY
Pick Ups are available on Sundays and Wednesdays, between 5pm and 7pm, as well as by appointment. Details and scheduling will be emailed once order is placed.
Return, REFUND and CANCELLATION Policy
All sales are final. The Tender Gardener does not accept returns or offer refunds, but please contact me if you have a problem with your order. The Tender Gardener is always available to answer plant care questions.
Any subscription purchase can be cancelled by customer or The Tender Gardener at any time.
