Gynura Aurantiaca has velvety leaves covered in little tiny purple hairs, giving it the nickname of Velvet plant.
LIGHT: Bright to medium indirect light. Bright light will bring out more purple coloring. Direct sun will burn the leaves.
WATER: Likes to stay evenly moist, but not soggy.
FERTILIZER: Feed every two weeks spring through fall and once a month during the winter with a diluted liquid fertilizer.
